Save the Date | Northern Authority Annual General Meeting 2026

The First Nations of Northern Manitoba Child and Family Services Authority will hold its 2026 Annual General Meeting on September 23, 2026, in Thompson, Manitoba.

This year's AGM will provide an opportunity to reflect on the 2025-2026 fiscal year, share the Northern Authority's 2025-2026 Annual Report, and highlight the work and achievements of our units over the past year.

The program will include opening and closing prayers by Elders, traditional drum songs, and opening remarks from Grand Chiefs, Chiefs, government representatives, the Northern Authority Board of Directors, and Northern Authority leadership. The AGM will also feature presentations from our units and the CEO, sharing key updates, accomplishments, and priorities.

These cultural and ceremonial elements recognize the importance of First Nations traditions, leadership, and community in guiding the work of the Northern Authority.
